Wonderbeast was a co-creation project powered by the crowd funding platform, Kickstarter.

In February 2013, artist Johanna Basford invited the public to contribute to the project by suggesting creatures that would become part of this hand drawn composition.

From praying mantis to honey beaver, giant squid to hummingbird, Wonderbeasts is an electric inky snapshot of the wild imagination, illustrated using only a STAEDTLER pigment liner - used and loved by artists across the world.
