The ICUSB422IS 1 Port Metal Industrial USB to RS422/RS485 Serial Adapter w/ Isolation connects to a computer using USB and allows you to connect any RS-422 or RS-485 serial device via the provided DB9 port or hard-wired to the terminal block. The Lindy HDMI 2.0 EDID Emulator Adapter is designed for systems that require EDID signals to be continuously provided without interruption and helps overcome EDID related problems which can occur when using AV/KVM Extenders, Switches and Splitters.

The Emulator can solve a host of compatibility problems when using mixed equipment, especially extenders. With support for resolutions up to Ultra HD 4K 60Hz and with the ability to pass –through HDCP 2.2 content the Emulator is suitable for use with the very latest PC and AV applications.

Some computer systems, KVM switches and digital video signage systems may interrupt the flow of EDID data, or may not be able to pass this information directly back to the video card's output port. This adapter can be used to quickly and easily clone the EDID data from a HDMI display so that the graphics card has direct access to the correct data from the display, the cloning process takes less than 10 seconds!

Pre-Mounted HDMI Cable Included
The included pre-mounted C2G Performance Series Premium HDMI cable allows this adapter ring to be utilized right out of the box to the in-room HDMI display. The adapter ring slides to the HDMI connector when needed and out of the way when not in use, reducing strain on the HDMI cable and clutter on the tabletop. The optional stopper fits on HDMI cables from 5mm to 10mm in diameter and prevents the adapters from sliding too far down the cable.

Tools Included
The tools for mounting the adapters and optional stopper are in the box to simplify the installation process. The innovative HDMI Cable Gauge Tool reduces stopper installation time by allowing the right-sized stopper insert, allowing for quick identification of the HDMI cable.
