The CHERRY MX 2.0S – the functional, classic keyboard that has everything you need for gaming. The streamlined German design concentrates on functionality, using the Bauhaus principle as its basis. Designed by Prof. Peter Raab, lecturer at Coburg University, the exterior and interior have been optimized. The interior features the time-tested mechanical CHERRY MX technology and provides a choice of four switching characteristics. Special Gold Crosspoint contacts ensure consistently reliable electrical contacts, perfect responsiveness, and an unbeatable reaction speed. Multiple mechanical components under each key ensure a uniform feel. Depending on the model, without lighting or with vivid RGB lighting effects in more than 16 million colors. A variety of plays of color, lighting modes and key assignments can be managed using the free CHERRY Utility software. A matching palm rest is available as an optional accessory to provide more comfort. High-quality workmanship and abrasion-resistant key caps provide unfailing reliability when gaming, at home, and at work.

Simple and functional design
The CHERRY MX 2.0S keyboard is characterized by minimal, functional shaping and a straightforward design. The gaming keyboard was even awarded the “Special Mention” German Design Award in the “Excellent Product Design” award category in the subcategory, “Computer and Communication" in 2021. The focus is on pure function, based on the so-called “Bauhaus concept.”
The functional classic keyboard was designed by Prof. Peter Raab, lecturer at Coburg University of Applied Sciences. True to the Bauhaus design principles, a perfect, optimized connection between the interior and the exterior of the keyboard has been created. The CHERRY MX 2.0 S has extremely small edging for a slim and modern look with clean lines and no unnecessary frills. Abrasion-resistant key caps ensure that the key labeling remains easy to read even after years of use.

RGB lighting in over 16 million colors: Individually customizable
Get the CHERRY MX 2.0S keyboard either with a deep black case and dark keys or in bright white – depending on what better fits your gaming setup. In addition, you can also choose between two different lighting variants: The rather unobtrusive standard version without key illumination or the eye-catching RGB version with over 16 million colors. Numerous color games, lighting modes or key assignments can be controlled super easily via the free CHERRY UTILITY software.

High-quality interior: Our original CHERRY MX switches
To ensure optimal performance in any situation, the MX 2.0S uses our in-house MX switches. The CHERRY keyboard with cable is available in five switch variants, each of which has slightly different characteristics. You can achieve tangible feedback without a click, for example, with the MX BROWN. Do you prefer your keyboard to be smooth and quiet? Then the CHERRY MX SILENT RED should adorn your keyboard.

Full-N-Key rollover ensures that all keys can be pressed and read simultaneously. Incorrect inputs are avoided by anti-ghosting. The WIN key Lock helps prevent inadvertently executed Windows commands when you're in the middle of your game. The CHERRY button gives you one-touch access to the CHERRY website and CHERRY UTILITY software, which allows you to make RGB lighting settings, among other things.
