Ergonomic posture.
When you place your screen on the Q-Riser 90 Circular monitor stand, you will raise it 90 mm higher. If the top of the monitor does not exceed your eye level, then you have the right position. Additionally, it’s important to change the distance of your Q-Riser 90 Circular with your screen. This allows for an optimal opportunity to have an upright posture in front of your screen and that your neck is not bending. An optimal monitor position leads to a healthier way of working and more comfort.
Adjust your monitor screen to the correct height, angle, and distance so that you automatically adopt an ergonomically correct posture.
An optimised monitor position works a lot more comfortably and increases productivity by 10% compared with poor placement (Sommerich et al., 1998).
Ergonomic background
Distance between your eyes and the screen should be 50-80 cm (approximately an arm length), depending on monitor size and resolution. Adjust the distance of your screen (source: VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S. 93.).
The angle of your line of vision to the middle of the screen should be approximately -35°, so also adjust the height of your screen (source: VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S.46.)
Sustainable material.
The Q-Riser 90 Circular consists of 100 % recycled materials and is therefore an environmentally friendly product. This monitor stand is made of PET-felt, and this material are recycled PET bottles. Although the PET-felt material appears soft, the Q-Riser 90 Circular is as strong as other materials for example acrylic. The PET-felt is robust, easy to clean, UV stabilized and not easily flammable.
