The Berkshire RD is the telephone of choice for those dedicated Hotlines such as taxis and customer services in public areas.
The ATL Berkshire RD is an ideal telephone for applications that require dedicated telephone number access, for example hotels, medical centres, airports and supermarkets, where voice access is required for contacting taxis, and various other customer services etc. Numbers can be pre-programmed subject to minimum order quantity, or the default number codes stored in the telephone can be interpreted by your PBX to generate service telephone numbers. These telephone numbers are stored in non-volatile memory that is permanent and not accessible by the user.

An easy to use corded phone that’s compatible with hearing aids.
Packed with great features For easy dialling, you can save up to 50 contacts in the phonebook and redial the last number called. When on a call, you can use the mute feature to talk to someone in the same room without your caller hearing. Want to talk handsfree? Handsfree lets you talk to your caller without holding the handset, so you’re free to get on with other things, make notes or let other people in the room listen to the conversation over the loudspeaker. The green light on the handsfree button will illuminate when handsfree mode is on. Want to see who’s calling before you pick up? If you subscribe to a Caller Display service, you’ll be able to see your caller’s number on the handset display (provided it’s not withheld) before you answer the call. If your caller’s name is stored in your phonebook and it matches the number calling, you’ll see the caller’s name displayed instead. There’s a Calls list that holds the numbers (and names if there’s a match with the phonebook) of your last 30 received calls. You need to have a Caller Display service from your network provider to see who’s calling. Charges may apply. Easy access to BT 15712 If you’ve subscribed to your network’s answering service like BT Answer 1571 or Call Minder, you can press the 1571 button to easily access the service and listen to your messages. The green light will flash when you have new messages waiting. |
